The credit wallet
Your plan pays for editing. A separate credit wallet pays for connected accounts and messaging. Credits come in monthly packs — every payment adds the pack's credits, and unused credits stay in your wallet. $1 = 100 credits.

See your balance, this month's messaging and add a pack in Settings → Plan & credits, or on Pricing. Messaging is charged to the wallet first, then to your plan's credits.
What a video costs
Inside the studio, work is measured in credits. The create screen always shows the estimate before you start.

- Credits are reserved when you start a video.
- If a version fails on our side, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
- Change requests are currently free.
- Plan credits are for the period and don't roll over. Wallet credits don't expire.
