Your inbox
Inbox collects the DM conversations from your connected accounts. Chats that need you are on top, and every message is marked as sent by the AI, an automation or you.
- Filter by Needs you, AI handled or all, and by account.
- Reply yourself and the AI pauses for that person for 12 hours.
- Press Back to the AI to hand the chat back — it answers again from their next message.
- When an automation hands someone over to you, we email you (at most once per automation per hour).
TipOn Instagram, a reply more than 24 hours after their last message is sent with the human-agent tag, which Instagram allows for a personal reply for up to 7 days.
Broadcasts
A broadcast is one message to a group of your contacts — a live session, a new drop, a discount. Open the Broadcasts tab in Automations and press New broadcast. Broadcasts work on Instagram, Facebook, X.
- Pick who gets it by tag — the tags your automations give people — and skip people who unsubscribed.
- Write the message (up to 1,000 characters) and an optional link on its own line. Broadcasts can't carry buttons or cards.
- Send now, schedule it, or save a draft. The composer shows how many people it can reach before you send.
- Every person reached counts as one message, paid from credits like template DMs (1 credit per 10).
Who a broadcast reaches
- Instagram: Reaches people who messaged you in the last 24 hours. Instagram only allows the HUMAN_AGENT tag outside that window, and only for a real person answering a support question, never for promotions.
- Facebook: Reaches people who messaged your Page in the last 24 hours. Message tags are for event, purchase and account updates only, never promotions.
- X: reaches people who have a DM conversation with you. Needs the dm.read and dm.write scopes on the X connection.
- A scheduled broadcast checks the 24-hour window when it goes out, so fewer people may get it later than the estimate shows.
