Three ways to post
When you publish an approved video (or one you posted with Just post it), pick the accounts and one of:

| Now | Goes out in a minute or two. |
| Schedule | Pick a date, a time and a time zone. You can cancel any time before it goes out. |
| Next slot | Takes each account's next free posting slot (see below). |
Scheduled posts go out from our servers, so you can close the tab or be offline.
Posting slots and the queue
In Queue, open Posting slots, choose an account and its time zone, and add times for each day of the week. Save, and Add to queue puts each new video in that account's next free slot — no date picking.
- Two posts never take the same slot.
- Editing your slots doesn't move posts that are already queued.
- Switch Queue on off to pause the queue for that account.
- The panel shows the next free slots, so you know when the next video will land.
The calendar
Queue shows the week from Monday, with every post across your projects and accounts, colour-coded as scheduled, live or failed. Use the arrows to move between weeks and This week to jump back. Tap a post to open its project.
Below the calendar: Up next (everything scheduled, soonest first — cancel from here), In flight / needs a look (publishing or failed), and Recently published.
