Video settings
Open the settings panel on the create screen. A live preview shows your choices before anything renders.
| Setting | What it changes |
|---|---|
| Colours | A palette sets the accent, background and greys; fine-tune the accent and background with pickers. |
| Fonts | Display font for titles and captions, body font for labels. All open-licensed, with fallbacks for Hindi, Arabic, CJK and more. |
| Speed | Playback speed of your take: 1×, 1.1×, 1.2× or 1.3×. Your voice keeps its pitch. |
| Motion | Tempo times every entrance and exit; intensity sets how hard zooms, pulses and glitches hit. |
| Captions | Word pop, full line, karaoke or none; size, position, ALL CAPS and a box behind the text. |
| Sound | Music bed and sound effects on or off, each with its own volume. |
| Visuals | What fills the screen between your face-cam windows: real footage first, balanced, or graphics first. |
| Hook | The first two seconds. Auto picks the strongest line; cold open starts on your boldest claim; or none. |
Save a brand kit
In Settings → Brand kit, save your colours, fonts, captions and motion once. Every new video starts from it, and you can still change any setting per video.
Cut-out options
In the styles that put you in a card, Cut me out over the card makes your head and shoulders rise over the card's top edge. It's on by default. Turn it off for a clean rounded card — it renders a little faster and suits busy backgrounds.
The cut-out runs on our own render machines. Your footage isn't sent to a background-removal service.
